Midland Ghost Red Pepper Sauce made with the Bhut Jolokia, or Ghost Pepper, which is one of the hottest natural peppers in the world. Through trial and error, we feel we have found the perfect recipe of flavor with just a touch of heat. We grow all of our peppers locally in Midland, GA and make our sauce in small batches, creating the most delicious pepper sauce around!
