Moore’s Hot Sauce Spicy Mustard. A little tangy, a little sweet. Mild but wild, this sauce is a perfect dip for wings and veggies or for slathering on burgers and dogs. Always a fan of laid-back gatherings, the spicy mustard sauce is known for its hospitality, warmth and great entertaining skills. Rich in family roots and tradition, this mighty little sauce that pairs the power of the mustard seed with cayenne pepper understands the endless possibilities that come from sticking together. The preference of a night at home with friends or a family dinner at a favorite restaurant distinguishes this sauce from the rest. This sauce will go great with ham, pretzels, roasted cauliflower, salmon, creamed spinach, sausages, sun-dried tomatoes, potatoes, and all kinds of other foods.
Categorically speaking is this sauce a hot sauce, mustard, condiment, dip, barbecue sauce, or what? Maybe it’s all of them. Clearly it’s a very versatile sauce to add to your go to sauce collections. Not too spicy so it’s a great option for family bbqs where not everyone can take the heat.

Grown-Up Mac-n-Cheese recipe
Love mac-n-cheese with some spiciness to balance out the richness of the cheese and bacon. I like to add some jalapeno slices for extra color and kick in some bites.
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz.) package elbow-shaped pasta
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 3 cups freshly grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Swiss cheese
- 6 cooked bacon slices, chopped
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package “al dente” directions. Drain; rinse with cold water. Toss with 1 Tbsp. oil.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, and sauté 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Add flour, and cook, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. (Do not brown flour.) Add half-and-half and next 3 ingredients; bring to a simmer. Cook, whisking constantly, 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened. Gradually add cheeses, stirring until blended. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; stir in cooked pasta. Spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
- Combine remaining 1 Tbsp. oil, bacon and panko. Sprinkle mixture over pasta.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and crisp on top.
