Ingredients
- Organic Yellow Mustard (Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Organic Mustard Seed, Salt, Organic Turmeric, Organic Paprika, Organic Spices)
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- Organic Cane Sugar
- Organic Honey
- Water
- Organic Spice Blend (Organic Spices, Organic Lemon Peel)
- Organic Dried Garlic
- Organic Onion Powder

For pork:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 3-lb pork shoulder
- 1 1/4 cups Red Duck Sweet Mustard Peppercorn BBQ Sauce, divided use
- 1 12-oz bottle lighter-style beer, like a nice lager (we used Session)

For sandwiches:
- 1/4 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 green apple, shredded
- 2-3 scallions, sliced thin
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
