When we set out to make our ketchup, we didn’t want to make something you’d just grab and pour on without thinking about. We wanted to make something so good you craved what’s in the bottle more than the food you put it on. French fries? Sure! Corn dogs? Why not? Veggie burgers? Heck yes! And scroll down for more interesting options to try out with this ketchup.

The Lomito Completo sandwich. The lomito is the Argentinian equivalent of a burger. Essentially a steak sandwich is made beef, using the filet mignon or eye fillet steak, and sliced extra thin. The completo part of the name apparently refers to “completing” the sandwich by loading it up with just about everything else that’s tasty. So, like other recipes, don’t feel like you have to follow this to the letter. Make it your own and experiment with new options.
1 sandwich roll
4 ounces sirloin steak, cooked medium-rare and sliced thin
1/4 cup sauerkraut, squeezed dry
A slice of tomato
A leaf of lettuce
A fried egg
1 tablespoon Red Duck Ketchup (any flavor)
1 tablespoon Red Duck Sweet Mustard Peppercorn BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Slice the roll and layer as follows: mayonnaise, sauerkraut, Red Duck Ketchup, Red Duck Sweet Mustard Peppercorn BBQ Sauce, steak, tomato, lettuce, fried egg. Top with the other half of the roll and serve immediately.
