Seller of high end butcher meats or as they say “meat purveyors”, the Pat LaFrieda company has supplied meat to restaurants and hotels for almost a century and this endeavor continues to be our main focus. We have a full aging room with over 5,000 primals aging at any given time of America’s best Choice and Prime Beef. Custom cutting and portioning are our specialty. We grind over 50 different special blends of meat every night. Our hamburger operation makes every size burger from 2 to 10 ounces in Organic, All Natural, Pasture Raised, Grass Fed, Beef, Pork, Poultry, Veal, Lamb and Buffalo selections. We work with small farms from all around the country to seek the best meats from the best growers. You might say they know something about meat.
Throughout the week my Grandfather use to stash away some of the best steaks that came through his butcher shop, we called it the “Butcher’s Reserve”. He would bring them home to us on Friday nights where my Grandmother was already simmering caramelized onions in a balsamic reduction with a dash of brown sugar and savory herbs.
